Russ and Spencer at Peachtree Big O are wonderful to work with. I always get great service when I walk in the door. They keep me updated on status of my vehicle and fix whatever is the issue. Recommend Peachtree Big O in Columbia MO for all you vehicle repairs.

The employees I came into contact with were all very nice but I will likely not return or recommend. I went in to have my tires balanced and was clear that was all I needed done. When I picked up my vehicle they only rotated the tires. I saw the mistake on the receipt before leaving and they were able to do the correct work that day, thankfully I was able to get rides again. My tires were also overinflated by 10psi after being worked on which could have caused them to wear unevenly had we not noticed it quickly.

if you are looking for a particular brand tires and you pick them on their website and make an appt - you will get a call from them - first they try to sell a different brand which they have in stock - if you insist on a particular brand they will order it - beware this incurs an additional cost for delivery of these tires around 150$. The final amount is nowhere near the price quoted when you order them online and when asked they say well that was only an estimate....what a rip off...why don't you guys just put the actual price upfront....its not like gas price....tire prices don't change daily do they ? Won't be going back to them ever.
