I only take my truck to JB Auto. These guys are great! They do a great job every time. And they take care of you, period. I cannot say enough about their good service. Yesterday I stopped in to have someone help me with a headlight issue. The owner was at his desk doing paperwork when I walked in the door. I asked him if he could look at my light. He came out almost immediately. He spent about 15 to 20 minutes diagnosing what the problem was, and this was at closing time. Thanks Jim for being awesome! Took my 2015 Ram here to get the oil cooler replaced. The owner is very friendly. The cost of the repair was under $700. I had just received an estimate at another shop a couple miles away that wanted $1600! The expensive place also wanted $800 extra to replace one of the gaskets that was leaking a little oil. JB quoted a price if under $300 to do the same repair. So that's $2400 vs $1000 for the same repair! I will be returning to JB for any and all repairs. I didnt mention the name of the other place. I assume their work would have been fine, but God are they overpriced! Get a quote from JB before getting work done. Service: Oil change
