This place needs to be shut down and under massive investigation! The nurses mistreat their patients and guests, the food is absolutely terrible Worst of all they had roaches crawling around in there!!! My mother has end stage COPD and hyper thyroid disease, they forget to feed her, give her medicine and push her around when she needs help with showering. I can't explain how bad this place is!! Very unwelcoming! How are they even open?! Why do we allow this to go on?!?!

If I could give a 0, I would. All this place care about is money. My mother passed in May there and no one even gave a condolence. They dont care about the patients. I will forever believe they led my Mother to death. They leave patients alone. Suspecting looking men that work there act very suspicious. When you address a issue you may have no one does anything. This place is ran down, stinks, old and dirty. Its been so many times I come and food in my mothers hair, nose running badly just awful. All they want is a paycheck they could care less about the patients. Never answer the phone. I hate my Mother passed, but Im glad shes out of there and I never have to see those worthless people again. The staff is RUDE, dont speak, act stuck up and think they superior. THIEVES is what they are. Steal money out patients accounts, and things always come up missing out patients rooms. Thats why I stop decorating my moms room because something was always missing. Shame.I really hope they shut this place down. Those workers better hope their family members or themselves dont end up in a place like this and get treated poorly.
