The Row

I have lived at the row for going on 3 years now. I have never had an issue with management as they have always been prompt and communicative about any problems or changes happening in the community. The houses are clean and maintenance does a great job of making sure that everything is always fixed in a timely manner. They have made great improvements to the community like a new grill area and they fixed the roads so they are smoother now. Overall, I have loved living here!

Pretty mid not extremely helpful as there not knowledgeable about the things happening around the row nor do they ever have the utilities ready and expect you to pay for your rent a utilities separate instead of one

Mati has been super helpful throughout the application process and answered all my questions thoroughly! I would recommend the Row staff to anyone.

This is my first year living off campus and I was so nervous about trying to find a living space. I contacted The Row and Mati Pinkston did an amazing job helping me. She walked me through monthly payments, what all would be included in the living space, gave me a tour that clearly outlined where I would submit payments and receive my mail. She was honest and I could tell how happy she was to help me through the process. She kept good contact after the visit to check up on me and see how everything was going as well as took the time to walk me through the leasing process. If I ever had any questions, I felt comfortable asking and she would get back with me very quickly. Made the decision on where to live, very easy.

I recently did a tour and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were, Mati in particular. She was quick to answer any and all questions I had, which made my choice to move here that much easier!
