        Its important to have strict guidelines for subleasing. They typically are the same as the lease. Who wants to be in a unit and you neighbor sublease to some who should not be there.

        The places are very, very nice! The reason for the 1-star review are the strict subleasing requirements and safety concerns. There have been 2 armed robberies at the liquor store below my apartment within the last 30 days.
