I love the fact of not driving another 2 hrs to get home after a long trip. The buses are nice, drivers are friendly. However, in my past two trips coming home the shuttle has been late from 15 to 20 minutes, plus by the time we all get on board and on the way, it is more like 30 to 35 minutes. After a long trip it is kind of frustrating.

DON'T USE THEM. A driver was paid to pick me up at the St. Louis airport. My flight was delayed an hour, so I texted & emailed MO-X. They never showed. I was stranded at the airport & spent the night there. Then, MO-X sent me an email, telling me a driver would be there at 6 a.m. I waited, & waited. They didn't show, again. I asked for a refund. They did NOT respond. At 7 a.m. I had to take a shuttle to a rental place & pay $300 for a car ( because I was already running late for a speaking engagement at the True/False film festival in Columbia, Missouri at 9 a.m. ). 3 days passed. Then, 1 hour before I drove myself back to the airport, they had the nerve to send me an email, saying that their driver was on the way, & I better not be late, or the driver would leave. I reminded them by text & email, that I had a rental car already ( because they screwed up ), & I demanded a refund. They kept the money. No apologies. HORRIBLE "SERVICE", UNRELIABLE, THIEVES. Shame on them. How are they still in business?

Bad drivers mo ex van pulled out in front of me trying to get around a semi icy conditions had to brake extremely hard to avoid killing them all
