Contacted Kyle by phone asked about a trailer tire. Kyle said he had in stock and it would $250.00 for a tire and $50.00 to install. I agreed and send my driver there. Driver was 10 minutes away so when he showed up Kyle stated he did not have the tire but can get one from a competitor. So I agreed once more. 3 hours later I get a call from “Cody†or something like that to collect the payment. Over $500.00 for a used trailer tire. So be aware and go somewhere else if possible. Use only if an emergency or no one else available. This was during normal business hours and it took over 3 hours to replace a tire. We also could not make it
To Springfield to deliver the load so basically lost two days plus $500.00 for a tire.
