I highly recommend Tiffany and Tanya Hamilton of Hamilton Group Realty. From beginning to end Tiffany and team were dedicated to making this first time home buying experience a seamless one. Tiffany made me feel so at ease and confident in my decision. She was on top of her game and got an amazing deal for me in an area that is highly sought after. She made the unexpected happen and to top it off with the mortgage broker she suggested, made this experience an A++! They are such professionals and clearly explain the process and review everything with. Tanya even made sure all my concerns were taken into consideration during inspection. Tiffany and Tanya are true professionals and the best in the land! It has been a long journey to finding a home that fit what my husband and I desired for our family, but the Wonder Twins made it happen! From the beginning, they worked tirelessly (who texts itineraries at 7am?!) to help us find exactly what we wanted. I appreciate their expansive knowledge of market and neighborhood trends; listening to my needs and making recommendations that did not waste our time. Tiffany is the one you want on your team, she continued looking for us even after we took a break after 2 years of searching! 2 days into beginning again, she encouraged me to look at a property that I can now call home :) She understood what I needed and delivered exactly that!
