David was great to work with! We were buying a house in St. Louis from abroad and he was extremely helpful and flexible in dealing with our schedules and the 9 hour time difference. Once we were in St. Louis and closing, he was on top of everything and needed no follow up from us to make sure things were ready. Very thorough, very helpful, would definitely recommend David to anyone!

We were in a bind when we wanted to go into contract for a house and the sellers wanted us to use a local lender rather than the lender we were pre-approved for. David came highly recommended by our real estate agent and despite sending an email over the weekend, David replied right away. The seller wanted a really short timeline and David's team delivered in spades. Of course I had a special ring tone for emails from David and his team so I can reply right away but they handled everything perfectly. Great communication, everything was well laid out and when we had a question, David or his team replied right away laying out the pro, cons and recommendations. It was a stressful, short timeline move but thanks to David and his team, we closed on time without any hiccups which took a huge worry off our to do list. Highly recommend this team and our pup loves her new home! Thank you David!
