This was our first time buying a home and both Alex and Greg were extremely helpful to us. They communicated with us clear and detailed steps guiding us through the whole process. They were consistent as well with following up with us if further things were needed and when they were needed by. They were extremely flexible and diligent in working behind the scenes that we were able to close on our home a week earlier than originally planned!

Carlson Mortgage helped us quite a bit with their guidance during the construction process of our new home. They went over the financing timeline, advised us how to read mortgage documents, which fees to be on the lookout for and how to decide on the best loan program and the interest rates. The loan officer provided his direct cell phone number and was accessible at all hours of the day (even at 10pm on a Saturday) to answer many questions that we had, being first-time home buyers.
