Suzie Wells was part of an amazing duo who sold our home in 2019 in Frontenac. Our house languished on the market under our first real estate agent for more than 8 months. Suzie was recommended by my neighbor who said she was the best he had ever worked with. And was he ever right! We implemented her many recommendations on how best to stage our home. She brought in an amazing photographer who produced stellar photos including an aerial photo from a drone and implemented an amazing social media and messaging strategy. She worked timelessly to promote our house and provided detailed weekly updates. It worked! We received numerous contracts on our house and sold it at a great price. We have been relocated across the country many times with job transfers and this is the fifth house we have sold. She is absolutely the best agent we have ever worked with!
