Alexa is amazing! Just had the best shampoo of my entire life! I have very thick hair and she took her time throughout to ensure that I had an amazing blowout!

Kara is such a great hairstylist and very conversational. I really enjoyed my blowout and feeling like a VIP for my first time visiting this Drybar location.

This is my 2nd time to Dry Bar in Clayton, however I have frequented Dry Bar around the country in many locations and always have had wonderful experiences. It saddens me to write this review. The 2 stars is because I had a great stylist Ashley who did a great job after I was finally seen. The lack of stars is because I was seen 20 min late and nobody offered me any champagne or drinks and I had to remind them I was there for a blow out. Terrible receptionist and customer service. She ignored me and acted like I was a pain. She did braids on another associate who was employed there instead of waiting on customers and being friendly & attentive. I had to remind them I needed to get my hair done as I was on a time frame. Also I had to ask for a libation several times finally received it. Receptionist had a complete attitude. I book this service to be pampered have a fun holiday blow out before a special event. Being ignored and begging for service is never how I have been treated before at any Dry Bar. How embarrassing on so many levels.

I had a great experience getting my hair done at this location! The location was great and staff was very friendly. Alexa did a fantastic job on my hair!
