        Excellent service! They were super communicative, accommodating, and overall just a great florist. I sent my sister a plant on her birthday, not realizing she was going to be out of town that day. Alex Waldbart Florist tried to deliver and contacted me when they couldnt reach her. When I got in touch with her and realized she was out of town, they were super helpful and understanding, and rearranged the delivery for a couple of days later when she would be home. And the plant is lovely and looks just like what I ordered! I highly recommend them!
