I used this company one time and honestly did not receive the deep cleaning I was promised. My counters were still dirty and my floors were dirtier after the cleaning than before. I probably wont use them again but it seems that others have had better experiences.

Contacted KT Cleaning services for a deep cleaning of our home December of 2019 and we have been locked in with her every month since! It is June 2022 of the time of this review and I have no idea what I would do without her now. She is always punctual, professional and her vibrant energy is contagious. Truly someone that love what she does and she does a great job at it. Our home always smell and look amazing each and every time. I cannot see us with anyone else! Services: Standard cleaning, Deep clean, General housekeeping

I was not able to meet the people who came to clean as I was at work, but wow! They did a wonderful job! I would 10/10 recommend using KT. She was very friendly and wonderful on the phone and my wife said she was kind and asked for specific directions on if there were preferences on how she approached some of the organization help. I wish we would have done this before moving into our house instead of waiting so long, but at least it is done now. Thank you, KT! We will always use y'all from now on! Service: Deep clean

If I could give Katie and her crew 10 stars I would. We have had lots of indoor renovations done to our new home and the dust was absolutely horrendous. So bad I was having allergy issues. I didn't even know where to start with the mess and called Katie in a complete panic this morning- she immediately put my mind at ease and told me she would come handle it today!!!! In just 4 hours every wall and baseboard in this house was washed - its so clean it's literally sparkling and the air quality is 100% better. I feel like i can relax and enjoy my new home now. Not to mention she is a total sweetheart, my timid dogs even liked her! So glad I've found my new cleaning service. Katie is THE BEST. Service: Post-construction cleaning
