        It has been a great experience. I dropped my keys a couple of days ago into the elevator shaft. The management and maintenance team went as far as going down the shaft and retrieving it without me asking them to do so.

        I moved in 212 Clayton under some personal difficult times. I am honored to be a tenant here. The staff have been outstanding. Darrion, Kaylin, Jenna and all the maintenance guys have bent over backwards for me. The tenants are all so kind. I know no one here but never been a time in elevator or lobby where another tenant smiles and wishes me a nice day! I am currently looking to extend my time. The pet friendly environment is so fun. Not once have I heard a dog barking at anytime from my apartment. They must be happy too!. Kudos and happy holidays to everyone who keeps us safe and happy at 212 Clayton. It was fate! Peggy Luber

        As a resident, I am frustrated that every evening from 7pm to 12am, hot water comes out of the tab intermittently. I used to take showers in the evening, but because of this issue, I am changing my lifestyle. This apartment claims itself to be a luxury apartment, but it appears they cannot fix such a simple problem. Disclaimer: Im posting this review because the apartment manager said residents who post reviews on Google Map will have chances to win tickets to watch the St Louis Blues.
