Continuously overfills available time slots leading to hour+ wait before youre called back into a room, and another 30 mins+ to be seen. Every single appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE. MY FAMILY WILL NEVER GO BACK For six months they told me what a procedure would cost with our dental plan coverage. We gave them our insurance information, they ran it and told us that it would only be close to 170 and 140 per treatments. We paid that, they even gave us a zero balance in November after paying for the first treatment. In December I had the second treatment done, I was given a bill for almost 500 dollars. they changed the price of the treatment after the treatments were done. Keep in mind they gave me a zero balance receipt at one point. EVEN ADMITTED THAT THEY KNEW ABOUT THE PROBLEM BEFORE THE SECOND TREATMENT. They never informed us of the problem until after the treatments were done. they knew we would have not gone in. I told them I cannot afford this, they acted like I was the one with the problem, more like I had somehow picked the wrong dental plan. They made the mistake, and are making me pay for it. My wife is sick and has lost her job as a result. Multiple doctors visits for internal health has not cost as much as this DENTAL CON-ARTIST. They are remorseless, and will bill you finance charges if you can't pay all up front. They lie and tell you anything you need to hear to get you in that seat, then bill you whatever they want after the treatments are done. The worst part is the Christian music playing, they portray themselves as a Christian Dental group. But they do not portray any attributes of a Christian. No mercy, no understanding, no charity. Their money is more important than your teeth and your health. You are a number, and a paycheck, nothing more. They will lie to you, they will even give you a zero balance receipt after paying, then change the price and make it your problem. I WILL NOT GO BACK!! Fast forward to couple months later, they have added yet another amount to the bill. They might claim "Finance charges" but there was a little pocket in the bill that read 'pending insurance' I was suspecting about this and it turned out they did indeed expect me to pay that too! My question was why, my only answer is so that it will lower the sticker shock, once I've paid the other 500$ the next 250 would seem small. So basically, I have paid over 1000$ for a non necessary procedure that they promised would only cost me close to 300$ out of pocket.

They have always been good to my family and I. Until today when I called to schedule appointments for my children. Because they didn't ask me to schedule them back in March when they had their last cleaning now they have to go a whole year without dental care. I'm beside myself upset over this. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with this place. If you have people who come regularly, PLEASE CALL or leave some spots open or something. They are way too overbooked obviously and it worries me because they didn't even want to fit in my kids who regularly get cavities even when they brush good. The lady on the phone only does what her computer tells her. So sad.
