Gorban transported my 1999 Trans Am from California to Virginia in July 2023. Pick up was not communicated until the day of via a few texts and a phone call once the driver arrived in vicinity of the pick up address. Driver did not research the area and stopped about a 1/2 mile away. We showed the street went through and there a perfect loading spot at the bottom of our driveway. Vehicle is inspected, loaded good, and taken away.
Vehicle arrives in VA with scratches on the hood, front bumper cover, and drivers door. Also there were drippings from a car the that was above it that discolored the hood and bumper cover. I identified the issue right away upon delivery to the driver. Driver said the company would contact me. Weeks go by no contact from them of course. I contact them they tell me get an estimate of the damages done. Which I do and email it to them. It been 5 months and no contact from them. I have called multiple times and they ask me to email the estimate to them. Which I have and then there is no follow through on their end. No contact from Gorban about when they are going to fix the damage still to this day.
I would be weary of using these guys as they are not very good at what they do and they definitely are not trustworthy to fix any issues that they caused.

Stay away!!!! If you need your car to show up in one piece or show up at all, this is NOT the carrier you want to use.
