My 78 year old mother returned home after surgery and scheduled Chesterfield Taxi to pick her up. When her flight landed the driver said that he was there and then upon getting to baggage claim he informed her that he was at Southwest terminal with another fare. He asked if she could just read a book or something for 30 minutes while he took his other fare home. She told him that she would call the airport taxi and the driver informed her that he was less expensive and that the airport taxi drivers are "African." I know my mom was disgusted by his unprofessionalism and bad attitude. I have to say that this is not the first time we have had a bad experience with this company. If I could rate them a zero I would do so. Beware of this horrible company if you're traveling to or from the St. Louis Airport. They don't seem to care about leaving their customers in the lurch.

Booked for early morning flight to the airport. Taxi never showed up, Called several times, no response. Dont use this place for taxi. ZERO STAR.
