        Seemed a little pricy, but given the amount of time spent fixing the issue, I suppose its fair. The professional, Scott, was very courteous and friendly, and clever about how to fix my drainage issue. Would use roto again :)

        Scott was great. It was very late and in the middle of a thunderstorm he showed up with no complaints, explained exactly what it was needed and was going to do, and did it safely and efficiently. I hope to not have these issues again, but if they do arise, I will specifically be asking for Scott.
