Dr. Prada and Alison Bly were absolutely amazing before, during and after my surgery. I have never been to a cosmetic surgery place before. From the very first moment, my experience at St. Louis Cosmetology exceeded my expectations. Dr. Prada's nurse, Ali, and the entire office crew were incredibly responsive and friendly. They made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. They were always there to answer my questions - no matter how silly they might have been.
Dr. Prada himself? A total rockstar! He's not just a surgeon, he's an artist. (Maybe a surgeon-sculptor?) He and the Mercy team transformed my surgery into a positive and reassuring experience. Their professionalism and upbeat energy somehow made the whole procedure feel smooth and, dare I say, enjoyable!
