Jeff Bikshorn represented us in buying and selling our "new house" and our "old house". He constantly found condos for us to look at....low and behold....we moved to a smaller house! No problem.... shift gears...... Within 4 hours our contract was accepted. Selling our "old house " was also, good. Jeff told us which contract was the best for us. Of course, it was! 3 weeks later the contract/sale was complete and we were off to Scotland with out any worries.
