    Nice hotel. The staff is excellent and the facilities are still fresh and fairly new and clean. One starr off rooms because the extra blanket we ordered had clearly been used outside without having been washed and had a live beetle in it along with some twigs. Posting a picture of breakfast and social hours. I don't understand why Hilton doesn't make the breakfast hours easier to find in the app and on the website - they're not listed on either one

    Its not RitzCarlton but for the price and category it is very good. My boss books hotels for my work and Homewood is my favorite. Spacious suite and comfortable and clean. I love the Wed happy hour too. My boss always gets the Hilton line for employees so he can get the points. Homewood is better than Hampton or Hilton Garden Inn. For my purpose, I need a quiet room to work in, and these suites are perfect (Revision) Taking one star off because their lawn service woke me up at 7 AM and cause a tiny chip on my car paint. Not happy about that

    This was absolutely one of the worst hotel situations we have ever stayed in and we stay at hotels frequently the front desk lady was the best part about the hotel because she did everything she could and stay kind the manager was trying but she was not making the right decisions we had reservations we showed up to our room not being ready they asked us to wait and said it would be a short wait so 20 minutes went by I asked again and they said 10 minutes two and a half hours later we received a room that was dirty and still have pubic hair in the toilet and in the bathtub food on the floor dishes in the dishwasher the sheets look wrinkled and used we had no sheets for the pull out bed we had no soap at the sinks the hallway was absolutely filthy leading into the room I have never stayed at a situation like this definitely at a Hilton Hilton I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy we had to sit in the lobby with multiple other families I believe around five or six other families who also's room wasn't ready one person told me they had been there for 3 hours waiting on their room that they already had reserved this is very poor Management on the hotel also on the housekeeping the hotel management should have just shut it off and not took any more reservations from online we booked it directly on the hilton website so they could have easily had that shut off so they could get caught up and so they did not ruin our night we just had a death in the family and we are on the way back home this is where we decided to stop at 8:00 p.m. and we plan to have a nice relaxing night that was totally ruined now it is 11:00 and we just received the sheets to make the pull-out bed when I went down and asked the manager if they could just have somebody come re-clean the bathroom and bathtub so that I could give my kids a bath and put them to bed she then again told me I needed to be patient and they would try to get to me and clean the bathroom that should already been done . We saw multiple other families sit for 3 hours and then I believe had to leave to another hotel . They ruined a lot of peoples nights and this could of not happened if they just stopped taking reservations. Also they had the AC off in the room so it was 77degrees and took a hour to cool off . Also hall ways are hot
