Dan was my Lawyer in a work comp case that was settled in March of 2017. The truth is I did not want a law suit against the company that I worked for. I have been a dedicated employee and I like the work that I do. The fact of the matter is, I noticed early into the treatment of my injury that my best interest was not being looked after. I was shocked to discover that medical professionals would lie and bend the truth to please the insurance company. Four months after my surgery the insurance company was trying to force me into court to settle, I was still in pain and not convinced that the surgery was done correctly.
