Our family had to make an emergency stop passing through MO and we were to grateful at how helpful the manager and especially the bank associate Donovan White were. We are so very thankful for his help.

First off, I want to say I witnessed everything Im about to say. Vince is not a manager you would ever want to deal with. He advised my friend he did not want to do a loan or help with his dispute because it involves too much paperwork, takes too long and is not worth it I myself had asked multiple times about referral reward and he always said he had no idea how it worked. Youre a manger? Also witnessed him screaming at employees and throwing his hands and banging on his desk. It is a very uncomfortable branch to bank at. The fraud and scams are also outrageous have never seen one bank with so many fraud problems. One of the young ladies that works there has told me how uncomfortable he is to work with and the inappropriate comments he makes to her and I got to see some of it first hand. I really hope the chesterfield branch for Academy bank makes some serious changes or there will be one less client.
