Brandon was responsive, built a wood fence with three gates. The back gate is attached to a very twisted post and is unusable, giving no access to the alley both the other two gates dont work well, the latches dont work properly. The fence is not straight as post were poured but not stabilized to be plum. Had to have him back several times to secure pickets and replace very warped ones.
