I have been working with Mrs. Wendy Flynn for the past year going through the approval process and house hunting. She has been amazing to work with (very knowledgeable, patient, professional while still being personable, and very detailed with us since we are first time home buyers). We quickly became friends (after talking and realizing how much we have in common). And now she seems more like family. She always worked around our crazy schedules, even one day we looked at 3 houses in the same day. She always made us feel like a main priority and we had her full attention. If I called and she was on another call she would quickly text and let me know she would call me right back. I wouldn't want anyone else as my realtor!! Highly recommend!!!!

Wow! Excellent Professional service!!! Wendy is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and made the whole buying process feel effortless! She guided us through each step, making sure we understood everything. We had some minor issues with the house during the final walk through and Wendy quickly worked with the sellers agent to resolve our issues. Wendy also took charge and assisted us with working with our lender to move to a quicker closing date. We cant thank her enough! Highly recommend!!!
