My review is about the corporate call center but if you have a LONG TERM CARE OR NURSING HOME policy you better listen and listen good. That 2 years they sale you is a lie. There's a value right now is 46,800 which is about a year in a nursing home. Then you have to go home 180 days and be completely healed from whatever you have before you get the next year. Also if you have dementia guess what there's the loophole for them it a disease you can't heal from so they cancel your policy before your second year even if you attain everyone of their rules EXCEPT of course being completely healed from an uncureable disease. My mom is currently in a home with this policy and we're in trouble already I just want to save someone else this heartache. I've asked for a manager to call me they told me 72 hours no call back. By the way I spoke with Angela who was the cruelest person I ever spoke with when she told me my mother had to "get over it" referring to dementia. Most days my mom doesn't recognize me but we'll "get over it" Angela!!
