Personable and professional is a pretty good description of Doug Spooler, our agent. He calls us by first name even when we are not in his office and he lets us know when changes in the products come up that save us money. I have even taken others to his office and would do so again. I highly recommend this agent to others.

I have been trying to tell this man that I switched agents for the last 4 months. He still sends me bills when I have a new agent and policy #. He went as far as starting collection action against me when I had a new policy with farmers for 2 months prior with a different agent. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
