Affordable Dentures & Implants

I only have one problem. I had to take off work for my appointment. I wasn’t seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. If they would have called me to let me know this, I wouldn’t have had to leave work so early.

My appt was at 9am and I was still sitting there at 945am, along with numerous other clients who were scheduled for the same time. They're way too overbooked. My time is valuable and did not care to sit that long without some kind of knowledge about how long it may be. If the docs6that far behind like an hour after they open, then they need more staff. My mother has had long wait times as well. Takes too long to get in fir appts as well. Two weeks to a month is not acceptable!

I will never trust Affordable Dentures again. They did a procedure to my top dentures AFTER I told them not to do anything that I had to pay more money. Guess what they did. She said that will be $250. I said NO I told you not to do anything that was going to cost MORE money. Sorry. Thanks

I have driven 3 hours round trip for appointments at this location, on 2 occasions now. I had to wait over a month for an adjustment appointment. Once you arrive for an appointment, expect to wait no less than an hour to an hour and a half. Calling this location is near impossible, I heard a staff member tell a client they have 16 lines coming in and 1 person to answer, should you ever have any questions or concerns. I gave it 2 stars because the staff is friendly. I still have a $600.00 paperweight after 2 visits. Looks like yet another tank of gas, for yet another day of my time, maybe a month down the road, IF I can get any answer on the phone too make an appt.
