Absolutely horrible loan department. I have banked with them for at least 8 years. It has went downhill the past 2 or 3 years. I have had 2 vehicle loans with them, the first one with them years ago was fine. This loan I have now is absolutely a nightmare. The loan officer I was assigned is VERY rude and seems like he feels like he can treat anyone the way he wants. Will be moving to a new bank.

Dinged my husbands credit on Tuesday and told him yes about a loan for a vehicle. Called him today and told him no because it hasnt been two years since we last took out a loan with them. Mind you, we have paid off the last loan and no longer have that vehicle.
