When I came in, i told them what medical issue was. They keyed me into the system and told me how long my wait time would be with updates on my phone.
Then i was seen and taken care of with the right kind of care and treatment for my problem. Thank you tauc.

I had pretty intense back and shoulder pain. I was treated very courteously by the folks at the desk. That was true of my entire appointment with Total Access Urgent Care. I only had to wait a short time to see the radiologist and the doctor. I was and am totally satisfied with the care I received at Total Access Urgent Care.

Such Charismatic woman here caring for me.
From the first moment Mo at front desk so Kind & personable . Lucinda was also compassionate, caring & very attentive. Amanda was caring in giving me a tetanus shot . Miranda numbed my finger & stitched me up perfectly. These woman have the heart in what they do . Im very grateful I chose this location .

Not sure how I missed writing this review nine months ago, but I think of this daily and realized I had not left my review. I was seven months pregnant when I visited this location. I was also seven months pregnant when a nurse walked in with a shot and when I asked what it was for she told me the doctor ordered it, so I figured it was ordered and approved for me, and safe for baby. Next thing I know a doctor walks into my room and says, did she just give you that shot? When I said yes, she did not respond and walked out of the room and I could hear the medical staff talking about how I was pregnant and blaming one another. Needless to say, I left there in tears, freaking out That I was just given a steroid shot that was not even for me while I was pregnant.
