I have banked with Cass since 1988, they have always been tops with me. I recommend them highly!!! You can discuss any concerns with them. One of the bank mangers. Patty, who retired 2 ya ago, was the best. I hated to see her go. The only thing I wish they had more branches.

Unethical, untrustworthy and not loyal to long term customers. I was a commercial customer of this bank for 25 years and obtained numerous real estate loans as well as credit loans from them as well as ALL of my banking and credit card needs for a company of 50 people. I used them loyally because they were not a giant conglomerate and they were a local concern. When things got thin for my company in the great recession, they basically abandoned us and had conflicts of interest with several deals we had going on. Can't go into details as I'm sure these heathens would try to sue me but trust me...don't use them. If 25 years of loyal patronage doesn't get you some respect, nothing will. They claim to be a 'Christian' organization but my last deal with them was anything but Christian...the polar opposite I'd say.Since this bad service happened at the end of the great recession, you may ask why I am writing this so late...Because years later, I'm still pissed and will never forgive these people. They know what they did and I hope every once in awhile it wakes them up in the middle of the night.
