        Attempting to contact these individuals was challenging. If I were the property owner, I'd be disappointed by the missed opportunities. Despite reaching one of them, the interaction felt rushed, and despite assurances of a callback, I am still waiting.

        On Tuesday, September 05 at 9:15, in the Brentwood Square parking lot in front of Nordstroms rack, I saw a woman that had apparently fallen by her car and was struggling to get up to stand. A Pace property manager employee stopped to see if he could help her. I believe his name was Travis. He was calm, kind and attentive and saw she was in great distress. He went to his truck, called the ambulance services very quickly and stayed with this woman while the ambulance and fire department came to assist. What a marvelous guy. Thank you Pace for having such an outstanding employee!
