        Ordered deck wood and 36 boards are cracked (all the way through) or have pieces broken off. We separated the bad boards for the replacements. When the man arrived with the wood, he literally laughed in my face when I told him the boards we're replacing are cracked. I then pointed to all of the good boards without cracks and he still continued with saying "all" boards are cracked. Completely unprofessional.
