        This's for the Eye Clinic only : For some reason this Clinic continually gives me glasses that are too strong - first place in over 20 years . I won't be going back there again .

        So the only reason this VA hospital in Branson MO is getting 2 stars is for Thomas who answers the phones he was very helpful and polite. But other than that this place will apparently let their VETERAN patients go without the life saving heart medications after just being discharged from a mild heart attack amongst other life threatening complications not even 2 weeks prior. Instead of giving the local pharmacy we use the proper authorization/confirmation that yes the VA will gladly pay for WHATEVER MEDICATION our patients need so we can pick up the medication or even fill it at there pharmacy at the Branson clinic location and we will pick it up there. But instead they won't allow us either of those very logical and reasonable options they will only mail it per USPS and should arrive maybe Monday or Tuesday SHAME ON YOU VA BRANSON MO your true colors show just how good your treat your patient's
