Optimum

Terrible. Ever since optimum took over my bill continues to rise. After months of just paying it, I called customer service and got hacked. They stole $200. I called optimum to dispute the nonpaid bill, and they told me, very rudely, that it was just hackers targeting old people. They didn't even act surprised that I was taken advantage of. Terrible customer service, terrible service in general. Just all in all a bad company to do any business with. They need to be reported to the better business bureau.

After 10+ years of service before Optimum bought out Suddenlink, we have had one issue after another. The most recent being without internet service for over a week, I called and spent almost an hour on the phone to schedule a technician to come out. He was a no call no show, even with a 10 HOUR window to get here. Another call from me and "I'll have to send in a form to see what happened"!!!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS ISP! I caught them throttling my internet and increasing the agreed upon price numerous times. There's a reason they have so many negative reviews.

Absolutely the WORST SERVICE! For the last two months weve had nothing but issues, including a service tech taking our router after we specifically said thats is ours, and multiple tech appointments! Weve gone 5 days without our home phone working and now our internet isnt working! Ridiculous for what we pay!
