Deborah reed is a completely laughing stock and a joke because my family and I used to stay there as if she would NOT PAY my mother and I when we worked for her. The balcony is weak and caving in! Her food taste nasty as hell. I dont recommend of anyone staying here cuz she rips people off with taking their money as raising the rent up to 1,000.00$ a month. This place is a joke and the mattress had blood all over them and it was disgusting!!!! She can take herself and that place and take it to china far as I care!! SHE IS VERY VERY RUDE WITH TENANTS AND SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. She is a low life piece of trash. Thats all I had to say!

This place n Deborah reed are a complete joke she won't Evan stay at her motel the place has bed bugs as u can read by the reviews they can't pass the city codes n have no business licence she is not in any way godly the druggie n other people running around are a joke as she is do not stay here at all read the reviews there all true do not stay at oak Grove inn or patriate inn join the fb group on this also oak Grove inn branson do not stay here like I said Deborah won't Evan stay at her own hotel tells u what a dump it is

I ran this hotel 2 years ago. I know for a fact there are bed bugs in this place. It was an issue we dealt with. The management responses on here are rude and unprofessional for someone who wants business. This explains the shut down in Branson, this place should be demolished. Second building, front, bottom left has bed bugs that you cant get rid of because we tried. Its sketchy and skeevy and this manager has the worst attitude. A female Victor Day from the previous management. He was rude and obnoxious and this one seems to be the same way. Believe the bad reviews because as someone who literally ran that hotel, every bad review is true.

The TV didn't work, everytime you sat on the toilet it wiggled so bad thought you was going fall off, the room stunk, and they had no toilet paper in there, had to go ask for it. Location is great, but not worth the price of $100.00.
