Had the misadventure of meeting a RUDE unfriendy check in clerk. Never experienced such a attitude at a BW in all my experiences. Decided to walk out and went to Centerpoint BW and experienced a complete 180 degrees experience.
Clerk was helpful, kind and understanding. My advice? 3 other BW in Branson... Stay clear of BW Plus Landing View Inn!
I CALLED THE MOTEL AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER/MANAGER. Manager later posted a reply. But didn't bother to call me

This is a great location it's walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. They also have a trolly that will take you downtown. I love the breakfast. The pancake maker made my morning . My kids loved that there was no limit to their swimming time. Laquita (the desk clerk) made sure that our stay here was top tier. She was very informative on activities and entertainment for the kids. Even our housekeeper made sure we had everything we needed. My family and I will definitely be back.

The area was very nice. Next to downtown, food, shopping ext. However if you plan to get a "suite" you have to park on a very steep hill. And with kids, Its not ideal. The bed was hard as a rock. I asked for more pillows and they gave me 2. They do not provide pillows for the pull out couch. So be prepared to bring your own. Not to mention as i was on the phone with the people booking for a connecting room, so my children and i both had actual bed, they booked it over me. There is NO way to get to the pool from the inside. So you have to walk outside, freezing, & wet to get back to your room. Overall, it would be second option. but next time i will def be looking into something else first. also, The walls are paper thin... the people above us were soooo loud at 6:30AM.
