Room was big, great location, hot water immediately, staff friendly. Slept great

This place is filthy, we came in to rooms not swept or mopped, the rooms look nothing like the pics online. No maid service, no one takes out the trash, we sat it outside our room, no one ever picked it up, we werent offered towels or anything. We bought our own toilet paper and trash bags. This place isnt worth $20 a night! Last but not least notice a smashed cockroach on the wall

Floors where very dirty and they need a slip mat in the bath tub , my mother slipped in the tub trying to take a shower and bruised herself up pretty bad. The employees are very friendly. Safety: They really need a slip mat in the bath tub.

We normally don't pick hotels in this price range but the reviews were great so we gave it a try. We'll stay here again. Newly remodeled very clean room right on the Branson strip. Rooms: Clean. Newly remodeled. Walkability: Right on the Branson strip within walking distance of good food and great shopping.
