I know good people work here, but we were told a nurse would call us to let us know when she was on her way, but she never did call, I had to contact the home office to ask if someone was actually coming, by then it was very late in the day. She showed up after 6 pm, much later in the day than we expected. After she left, she called back and made a mistaken comment , which we countered with the correct information, and then she simply dropped us! We can only guess she felt we should not have given her corrected information? We asked her to acknowledge the correction, she never responded back to us, and no one at Phoenix contacted us to discuss any options we had asked for, no home health aide, nor PT services we were supposed to be signed up for, for my m-in-law who had just come home from the hospital. I have worked in health care industry for 30 yrs now, and I have a deep respect for all healthcare professionals , this is tough work ! But we feel this was intentional disregard , and all over a mistaken comment that could have been resolved and forgotten with just a 'oh, sorry, now i got it' . But to drop a client completely , with no discussion, that is just not right. We will choose another provider.

Wonderful experience working with Sherry at the office and Chrissy as a nurse! Chrissy is so intuitive, seeing what needs to be done and making it happen. She truly cares and advocates for her patients aa well as communicating needs to our family. She is patient and kind which makes my father very happy!!!

Management works very well with me on the time Im available to work. If needed I can make up missed hours except at the end of the month. They are very fair with me as a disabled person. It really makes my life a lot easier. Thanks guys.
