        Because I dont live in Branson full-time, I was a little worried when I realized I needed to replace the carpet in my living room. I talked with Alex at Getting Floored, and he assured me hed take care of everything. He and his office staff kept me updated on everything they were doing, and I chose carpet by looking at samples they sent me by email. When I returned to my cabin, I had beautiful new living room carpet in just the right color blend. Alex stopped by to help me put everything back in place, and I couldnt be happier with the service, product, and price. Getting Floored honored their word at every point in the process, and it was one of the easiest and best experiences Ive had in home maintenance.

        Getting Floor"d went above and beyond in their service. We had a situation most of the flooring companies wouldn't deal with as it involved moving flooring and two levels of the house. The installers were very professional and did a wonderful job installing the new flooring.

        The folks at the store are lovely. They were very helpful as we picked out carpet and click-lock flooring. Their warehouse sent the wrong bathroom flooring, but the owner went immediately to Springfield to pick up the correct floor, which we thought was VERY good customer service. The installation appointment was quick. The carpet installation was excellent. The vinyl click-lock flooring installation was very good, with one exception (why I am giving less stars) and that is quite a few of our newly painted baseboards in the bathrooms were chewed up. We are having someone else repair and paint them at our expense. Also, I have never seen this before, but instead of silicone at the bathtub and shower edge, a rubber sticky strip was placed to join the tub/shower to the floor. Also, the installer didn't bring the flooring all the way to the tub/shower edge, which is probably why he used that sticky stuff, which promptly came off the bathtub edge and stuck to my foot. That guy needs to be replaced. The store is great, the products are great, the people there are great, but the hard floor installer needs to be fired.

      Good Morning Mr. & Mrs. Burkhalter:I would like to take a moment to discuss the comments that were left regarding our company on a Google review left on our page:1.) Regarding the mix-up of materials from our vendor's warehouse (not ours), I sincerely apologize for the logistical confusion. As you commented, we did remedy the issue immediately.2.) Regarding the base trim damage, I did explain to Mr. Burkhalter that we would pay for any of the damages caused by our installer, to which he replied that he would take us up on (in fact he said that he was replacing it anyways) and that he would contact me to settle the costs. The way in which the Google review reads (complete with only pictures of the problems), is that we are simply passing that on to you, which is not truthful and is misleading.3.) Regarding the Roppe Vinyl 191 Tub Molding, the industry-standard trim for this application, it did fail which is why it fell off of the tub. When Mr. Burkhalter asked why it was not caulked using silicone, I provided Mr. Burkhalter a detailed explanation of how and why we use this type of tub molding. I did share with Mr. Burkhalter that we would address the failed tub molding at the time that we addressed the base trim issue, he acknowledged my comments and did not proceed to indicate that an issue remained.4.) All of the crews that we use at our company are expert craftsmen but are not immune to mistakes from time to time, as we are all human. As you indicated in your comments, the hard surface was installed properly, and the only issues associated with the installation were the damage to the base trim and the failed tub molding. Our company hires and retains the best flooring contractors in the trade, thus our mission statement is to provide "quality flooring and installation every time".If there were concerns that were worthy enough to rise to public concern/attention, we surely would have expected to have had a chance to remedy the issue ourselves, which we agreed to do during your last visit to the store. Our observations were reviewed after watching the video recordings regarding the conversations noted above. We are thankful that you chose to do business with us and we look forward to you giving us a fair chance to address the issues that our crews caused. We also want to assure our current and future customers that the review left by Mr. and Mrs. Burkhalter is not representative of our company’s values. Respectfully,Getting Floor’D LLC
