        The most unprofessional business. Showed up at 3p on Friday and booked a walk in. System said wait was 15 mins. AN HOUR LATER they said oh we don't take walk-ins. Made an appt for 615p sat. Show up at 545 and it's closed. This place is an unmanaged disaster.

        I would give a negative number if I could. The person doing the haircut was late to my appointment. She was very rude and rushed through my haircut. It took her less than 15 minutes to do my hair. The salon was dirty, and I am very unhappy that I had to pay $24 for something I could have done myself at home. I will never go back to this salon and will never recommend it to anyone. I wish there was a way to get a refund, because I am not happy.

      We're sorry you had such a horrible experience with our salon. The automatic check-in doesn't work as you found out. We have just put a sign next to it stating that now and again we're sorry that it wasn't there when you used the system. The stylist that you made your appointment with had to run to the restroom so she pulled the gate behind her but said she was ready to service you at 6:15, your appointment time. She would like for you to reach out to her and she will comp your service. We would like to make this poor experience at least a little bit more positive.

      We're sorry to hear about your experience. The stylist who did your cut said she just trimmed your hair because that is what you asked for. If you want to go back to her she said she would cut more off if that is what you desire. We never want our customers to be unhappy and for that we are sorry.
