USA Mortgage was an unfamiliar company for us since we had never worked with them. It was slightly confusing in the beginning however when Jessica Ellison took over our file everything changed. She always had an open line of communication especially with my never ending questions. She was always there for us. She was honest and provided us with many options or avenues we could take.

Jessica Ellison is the most amazing and incredible loan officer I have ever worked with! I worked with her for a loan years ago and I was sooo excited to hear she is now at USAMortgage! I cant think of anyone I trust more with such an important process!! She is knowledgeable in her work and works tirelessly to get you the best deal and terms! She listened to any concerns I had and worked with me to find solutions that worked for me and my life, her suggestions helped me increase my approval amount without putting me in a bind. Jessica worked with all the people involved to make sure I was taken care of at every step in the process!! She is quick to respond to any questions and gives detailed answers that helped me understand what she was doing, what I should do, and most importantly, why!! In summary, Jessica is awesome.
