I had an issue with a firearm from CMMG. I contacted their customer service. They sent me a prepaid return label and I sent the upper into them via UPS. I dropped it off on a Wednesday at 1:30 pm. It arrived back on my doorstep the following Wednesday at 5:30 pm. It was repaired and ready to go. Awesome products and great customer service! Thanks CMMG.

I have emailed them a few times only responded once but now the item that I bought never made its way to my mailbox. I need a refund or a replacement but of course they dont respond back.

When your so busy that your customer service sucks because of it I own a Mutant rifle that was built during California bullet button law that no longer exists . I sent an email asking to purchase the standard mag release so I can use the rifle. My response was a joke and you can not reply to the email or call them. Sad customer service. Response: remember, I am asking to purchase a part???? Steer clear from these guys. CMMG is operating within full compliance of current Laws in force. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on or make recommendations for legal questions or requests for legal council. I own one rifle, one upper and a few accessories from cmmg. I don't know what happened lately but the customer support is limited. I have received no callbacks despite 2 requests and email support replies with little information.
