Boonville Luxury Lodging / Grand Victorian Manor is a beautiful, clean, upscale, comfortable, friendly place to stay, perfectly located next to the Hotel Frederick and steps away from the bridge to the Katy Trail. We had a lovely room that was absolutely spotless - my very discerning wife said it was the cleanest hotel/inn room she had ever been in. We had a delicious breakfast on Saturday, and hosts Linda and Ken friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again when back in the area! Nearby activities: The Katy Trail has a trailhead just across the Missouri River, and the bridge that crosses over has a bike/ped lane that is a few steps from the inn. A great location for biking the area! Food & drinks: The inn served us coffee and and a delicious breakfast as well as a night-time treat of cookies on a bed tray. Very nice. However Boonville is a smaller town and dining is limited. Be sure to plan ahead. The Hotel Frederick next door has a delicious menu but can have restricted availability due to private events. You should also consider the Blufftop Bistro just 15 minutes away in Rocheport where there is also a winery. Noteworthy details: Beautiful historic inn with exceptional style inside.

I rode past it around 9 a.m. The street seemed narrow due to both sides lined with parked cars and deliveries taken place in this commercial area.

What a gem! The hosts Linda and Ken are welcoming and kind, and go out of their way to make everything great for the guest. The sheets are luxurious and the bed comfortable. The room was quiet and conveniently located close to town. Breakfast was delicious! Do yourself a favor and book your stay here!
