Steve helped walk me through something I had never been through before. I was persistent and impatient, and he was reassuring and had a plan every time. Including when I was anxious or didn't know what to expect. Each time I had a question, he had an answer for the next three. Thanks for being so friendly and "human" throughout this process. I was falsely accused of something, and we won!!!! I learned a lot about myself in this process and learned to lean on God when the answers didn't come quick enough.
