        Truly an incredible experience, 10 out of 10 would recommend! They worked with my insurance due to an accident I had after hitting a deer. The customer service was wonderful; over the phone and in person. They would call and text me updates about my car so I was in the loop, which was great! Everyone in the facility was friendly and knowledgeable. I seriously dont have anything bad to say and I will definitely be recommending Griffin to all my families and friends. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING GRIFFIN!

        If you want every excuse for unprofessional, unskilled work and also want your vehicle worse off than when you brought it in for the repair itself then I recommend GRIFFIN AUTOMOTIVE. Gabe who works the front is great at making every excuse for the incompetency of the staff there who worked on my 17 month old Ford F-150 truck which was hit by a drunk driver parked in a parking lot. From debris in the paint, trim not being put back correctly, a new black stain on my grey headliner a now scuffed up plastic dash gauge cluster from apparently smearing something abrasive on it and my bed on my truck still not level or equal distance from the cab to the bed. This is what you would expect from a chain like Caliber Collision not from a small hometown shop. Very dissapointed to say the least.

When we realized that we could provide our customers with the best possible service by becoming a one-stop facility, we did just that. In 2018 we were blessed to welcome the opening of our new state of the art facility and changed our name to specialize more of what we will be doing.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is always appreciated even if it is a poor review for us. I am sorry that you have obviously been unhappy with your truck since the day you purchased it. You gave poor reviews to the dealer you bought it from as well. To clarify, the truck came to us because you were unhappy with repairs performed by another shop. We did our best to try to address all of those concerns. The bed distance is determined by Ford and is not adjustable on these newer trucks like your 2020 (4 year old) truck. We took the time to measure everything with our laser measuring system to verify that all of the repairs done by Caliber Collision were in fact done correctly. There was no damage to your frame or bed that could be found. Everything is in factory specifications. The debris that you had pointed out in paint was not in panels that we had even painted and that was discussed with you in detail. That was in previous repairs. As for a scuff on your plastic dash, we use new microfiber cloths to clean every vehicle. We are known for our high quality work and detailing. As we explained to you before, a scuff on your instrument cluster did not happen hear and a stain would not appear on your headliner months later from work that we performed on your bedside. I understand that you are unhappy with the truck that you purchased and I do hope that you are able to find a new truck that is more suited to your taste.
