        I called the title company to check to see if my earnest money had been released, the lady said yes. I asked if my wife could come and get it and she said anybody can come and collect my check hopefully the right person gets it. I cannot believe they would let anybody walk in and collect a check that is mine without asking for ID or calling me first. She had the audacity to laugh about it too. Completely unprofessional and i will likely not do business here any more.
