      Cheryl, we appreciate the feedback. Your invoice is 149.99 for the repair and 19.99 for the glass protector install, so 169.98...you paid 173.34 AND we gave you a 5 dollar discount for doing a fb check in. Im confused how you would have a problem with this. You're the first person we've had to complain about paying such a low amount in tax and fees; we are able to do this by making it a service charge vs item charge , since you're paying for labor as well as parts . 169.98 plus normal sales tax would be well over 180, but we made it much less for you. Sorry that it's confusing, but it works out completely in your favor by us charging more in labor vs part cost!
