The manager Jacky is absolutely the worst my 15 year old niece had her first interview today and she was so excited. And it clearly states on the application that she is 15. Well when she got there Jacky asked how old she was and when she told her she was 15 Ms Jacky told her she wasnt going to waste her time to interviewing her and to leave. My niece came out of her first interview crying because of how she was treated. Not to mention the time and gas wasted as well, because the managers COULDNT read . Ive heard around town that Jacky is the worst manager and had made multiple people cry. I will be calling the Flynn group that owns this Arbys to let them know what kind of trash managers they have. People want to claim that the younger generation is lazy and doesnt want to work.. I beg to differ, its people like Jacky who turn the younger generation off from working customer service and fast food jobs because of how poorly they think they can treat them. Updating to keep at the top. She still works there
